An AMS Complete Control System is a
controls package that is totally defined by you, the customer.
AMS will create a custom control cabinet, combining our controller
with the components you specify, to best fit the needs of
your application. These systems are designed to increase productivity
as well as take full advantage of all of the features of the
AMS Controller.

Engineered. Since
we make the controller, we know how best to incorporate
it into a complete control system. With years of
experience in electrical cabinet making we will make your
AMS Controller live up to its full potential, and increase
your productivity.
- Complete System.
In addition to the operator cabinet, AMS can Spec and Supply
any component that is part of the AMS System, such things
include linear actuators (ball screws, belt, rack &
pinion), servo motors, servo drives, sonic loop controls,
roll feeds, etc...
- Fully Customizable.
The design of our systems are totally dependant
on the needs of the customer. Our staff of engineers will
coordinate all design with the customer before the unit
is built.
- Multiple Control
Possibilities. AMS makes a wide variety
of controllers from Multiple Press Flying Die Control to
Feed to Stop in Open Loop and Closed Loop configurations.
AMS can create a control cabinet for any control configuration.
- New or Retrofit.
AMS can create a control cabinet for any line. If
you have an existing machine and want to update your operator
station, AMS can design a system to fully integrate to the
rest of your machine. If you are buying a new machine, AMS
can provide your equipment manufacturer with an AMS built
controller cabinet. Specify AMS!

to make our controllers and your system work to their full

Overlay. Instead of the usual "Switch
Legends", AMS can create a Custom Overlay to make make
your new control system look good as well as make the switch
designations easier to read. We can also incorporate such
things as company logos, company colors, and conversion
charts.
- Full Electrical
Diagrams. Once the controls system
is complete and installed, AMS will supply your company
with a full set of electrical diagrams for the system.
- User Accessible
Terminal Strip. Whether the system
is installed by one of our technicians or yours, AMS makes
wiring the new control cabinet to your machine a snap with
our easily accessible terminal strip.
- Fully tested.
AMS always fully tests all of our control systems before
they leave our shop so you won't have to!
