Q.  Will my current version of Eclipse Work?

A.  Pathfinder integration will require version 4.1.134 of Eclipse or higher.

Q.  Which ERP systems are you compatible with?

A.  Eclipse is compatible with virtually all ERP systems that are capable of exporting data to a simple comma delimited format.

Q.  Is the installation included with Order Desk?

A.  A remote installation is included in the Order Desk price.  If it is necessary to go onsite for installation assistance, there will be an additional charge.

Q.  If I already own Eclipse, will Pathfinder talk directly to it?

A.  No, Pathfinder requires Order Desk to work with Eclipse.

Q.  Is there an annual maintenance fee for Order Desk?

A.  Yes, in order to continue receive software updates and new features, an annual maintenance fee of $750 is charged.  This fee is waived the first year.
