When used with
Eclipse, full integration of your trim shop is possible. Order Desk will maintain the same
functionality as without Eclipse, however, the ability to automatically
download orders from an upstream ERP system to Eclipse, then to the Pathfinder
shared database is added.
Order Desk will still
be used for offline profile creation and job database maintenance, but the jobs
themselves will now be sent from Eclipse.
