Our Customer Support department

questions about installing, setting up, and fine tuning our
controls. There's never a charge for phone support at AMS.
Emergency phone assistance is available 24 hours a day, seven
days a week.
AMS support
technicians are
available for on-site installation assistance and training. They ensure
that every system is installed to our exact specifications and that
all employees are properly trained -- saving costly delays.
Because production cannot wait, AMS provides expedited repair
service to have your machine running as quickly as possible.
Controllers sent in for repair via an overnight delivery service
are given priority and shipped back to our customers typically
within two days.
