The operator scans a scrap code with the bar code scanner and this message appears.
Cause
The operator attempted to scan a scrap code to increase quantity on a cutlist item that was completely queued. Since no more parts from that cutlist item were available to load into the Part Queue, and because this situation could have lead to other cutlist items being loaded into the queue, the controller can not queue up scrap parts for the current item.
Remedy
After the last parts of the current item are complete, the operator should use the Remake feature to replace scrap parts.
