Hole Mode Select selects whether the controller counts holes (Count Hole) or operates in the default (Standard) setting. This feature is only active in non-stop applications.
- Standard mode - the controller uses a programmed part length to control the cutoff press. This parameter can be set to Count Hole any time the line is halted.
- Count Hole mode - shear press targets depend on the number of holes counted and the distance from the last hole. The number of holes to count and the distance from the last hole to shear are programmed on the Program Orders screen.
