Minimum Hole Spacing prevents the controller from counting the same hole twice by setting a minimum distance the part must travel before the sensor can detect the next hole.
The parameter requires a value smaller than the minimum distance between holes of the parts being produces, but larger than the holes being detected. The default value for this parameter is 1” and it should never be set to zero.
