Duplicate production codes. PCODE = …
This means a certain product code is repeated in Eclipse Classic. Product codes (called tool codes in Eclipse Pro) should always be unique. Typically the problem is that while product codes are not supposed to be case sensitive, Eclipse Classic has allowed one to slip through and is treating them as separate entries.
The fix is to go into Eclipse Classic and change or remove all the duplicates but one. The alerts will disappear from Eclipse Pro as you save the changes.
