Error: “Duplicate material codes. MATERIAL =…”
This error means that Eclipse Classic has material definitions with duplicate material codes. Most likely, the duplication is caused by a difference in casing between the codes. For example “Aluminum36” vs “aluminum36.”
To resolve, change the material code of one of the duplicate records to a unique, case insensitive value. Alternatively, you can delete one of the records, leaving a single unique value.
