One of our first troubleshooting steps with Eclipse Pro is checking the status of the Eclipse Pro Services.
Using Task Manager to Start, Stop, or Restart Eclipse Pro Services
Open Task Manager and select the Services tab.
If either Pro Agent or Pro Server are not in “Running” status, stop Pro Agent and Pro Server services.
Once the services stop, wait a few seconds and then restart both Pro Agent and Pro Server services.
Using Powershell to Start, Stop, or Restart Eclipse Pro Services
If using Powershell as an administrator, you can use the following commands:
